Where @LadyBlogga Was Last Night ... "The Haute for Haiti Charity Soiree"

Saturday was a big night at the Radisson Martinique Hotel. The Haute for Haiti Charity Soiree went down in efforts to continue to raise money for the re-building of Haiti after the Earthquake in January. The Billionaire Girls Club, along side Steve Madden, NUVO, BCBG MaxAzria and the American Red Cross in Greater New York put on a charming event in the name of Haiti. The event was a celebration of all forms of entertainment. Music, fashion and print media were well represented. The cocktail hour hosted an Open Bar sponsored by NUVO which set the tone. Andrea Pitter for Pantora, Renee Frederique, Crying Tears, Dominique Auxily and Einent Factor were the designers on deck. They gave a preview of their Fall fashions with “Couture” as the theme. Models strutted their stuff as 3 live DJs, The Morning After band and Quesfire provided the tunes.

Quesfire came to represent all the way. This Bronx born Haitian rapper is another mover in the infamous NYC Underground artist circuit. Not only does he spit fire in English be he can do it in Creole too...and it is on point. His 15 minute set brought nothing but pure energy and turned the show up a notch. Not only was he rockin’ the stage but he brought the show into the audience. He table-hopped and pulled people out of the audience so they could enjoy his performance 100%. Quesfire also has an iPhone app. Hey, there’s an app for everything. Check out and download the App here to keep up with his music, show dates and anything Quesfire related. It is currently the #1 most downloaded Music App http://bit.ly/9yrpHX. I am #TeamBlackberry so he’s going to have to do something special for me.

Here is some footage from the “Haute for Haiti” Charity function. Check him out...
