Serving as one of my favorite hip-hop artists over the last year with his impressive and lively sophomore album Creative Destruction 2, Dunson is back with his freshest cut, "Count On It" off the fittingly titled upcoming project The Investment. I remember when I first heard one of Dunson's songs, and all I could think was, "who is this guy?" I was taken aback because it has become so extremely rare that an artist puts together such a solid body of work where not one song can be skipped. My hat is off to him, and I'm looking forward to keeping up with his rapidly blooming career.

"Dunson resigned from his career as an investment advisor to become a full-time artist in 2010. After spending a multitude of years playing in bands of different genres, the Maryland native took the chance to become a solo artist focusing on lyrics and production.
